Easter Fun

Our Easter fun started out on Friday night when we met at the McBride's house to color Easter eggs together.

When I gave Megan an egg to color she just wanted to eat it so I dropped it in a color and she tried to go after it spilling some of the dye and so I said we are done with that. Babies and coloring eggs do not mix.

The Easter bunny made it to our house on Saturday morning. The kids were pleased with their little bit of candy, sandals, and new church clothes. It will be fun to set up the water table for the kids to play with. 

Megan is the only one we were able to get a picture of going through her basket. The other kids got to theirs before we were even out of bed and then they were nice enough to bring us our baskets to us in bed. Such sweet kiddos.

After conference we met at the Smyth's home to have an egg hunt. They sent out the babies and littlest kids first and then the big kids followed.

Meg was thrilled with her one egg she found.

The others fought over finding the eggs.

Tyson told me that he was about to steal this egg from Megan...then thought better of it. Tyson kept looking for eggs several minutes after everyone gave up and found it to be beneficial to find the last hidden egg. He said he kept looking because he wanted to get more eggs than Eliza.
