Happy Halloween

The kids had a lot of fun this year going around trick-or-treating and collecting WAY too much candy.

Pumpkin Day

We had fun yet again at our annual pumpkin day. We went to Jakers and got to play on the tractor, go on a hay ride, pet some animals, and pick out our pumpkins. We then got to go back to Grandma and Grandpa's  to carve/paint our pumpkins. I totally forgot to get a picture of the finished products but Tyson carved and painted a batman pumpkin and Eliza had fun painting hers. It was another fun, successful pumpkin day.

Goblin Valley Vacation

We took a short trip to Goblin Valley this weekend over fall break.  Dad has been wanting to go for a few years and Cassy finally said lets do it. It was a short fun trip. At then end of day 1 dad treated us to a dinner at a local restaurant and then it was back to the hotel for some swimming.

DAY 1
Explore the Goblins

 DAY 2
Wild Horse Slot Canyons
These canyons were so fun. We went as far as we could before it got too muddy and the water got too deep.

Baby #3

We found out at the end of June that we would be expecting baby number 3. We were thrilled. I however wasn't looking forward to the morning sickness that came with it which always hits me hard but I think we have made it through the worst of it. A big thanks to family and friends for help with meals, house cleanup, laundry, and taking care of restless kids. Today was our big ultrasound where we found out that we are having a healthy baby girl. The baby is measuring small so we will see if my due date is changed or not. The kids are very excited too. They both loved looking at the ultrasound pictures. Tyson has been such a good helper and loves to talk about the baby. Eliza is still trying to understand. She thinks the baby is hiding under my shirt. Once she even tried to feed the baby through my bellybutton. They were fighting over who's room the baby would get to sleep in depending on the gender. All Tyson said after the ultrasound was "I guess the baby gets to sleep in Eliza's room." However the baby will be in our room for awhile if only I can figure out where. It is so fun to be able to see feel the baby inside me moving and kicking around and knowing that she is all healthy. It will be fun to have two girls together. I think they will be good friends.
19 weeks pregnant.
