Annual Eppich Family Campout

We had so much fun at our Eppich family campout even though we had to end it early due to rainy weather (which actually cleared up as soon as we had everything packed up...however we had a lot of wet, muddy sleeping gear.) We played games, made windchimes, ate, roasted marshmallows, had a marshmallow war, played at the campground park and or course in the creek, carved soap, were led by campfire songs by grandpa, and had a family band. Thanks for another fun year.

Minivan

We are so lucky to be the owners of a minivan now. It is a 1998 Mazda MPV Minivan. We just recently found out that our family is growing and so we would need a new vehicle-most likely a van. Our car would not be able to fit three car seats. This is one thing we have been worried about with expanding our family-that is knowing we would need a bigger vehicle. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and didn't want a monthly car payment so we were quite worried. So it was an answer to our prayers when Cassy called us up and said they were going to get a new van that was a little bigger and wanted to know if we would like to purchase this van. This was even before we had announced that we were expecting our third child. Of course we jumped at the great deal they were offering us and even though we had to dip into our savings it is well worth it not having a monthly car payment. What perfect timing. (This is not our particular van just one that looked like ours from the internet--I have been too lazy to go and take a pic)

Independence Day

We started our Independence Day with the Provo parade, then headed up the canyon for a barbeque and family time, then headed out to watch the stadium of fire fireworks. Long, busy, fun day.

Snow Cones

We thought it would be fun to go get snow cones tonight. Not too far from our house there is a snow cone shack so we walked there after dinner. There snow cones are huge...and yummy.
