Sometimes its hard to tell...but these two love each other so much...sometimes too much. They pester each other like there is no tomorrow...but isn't that what siblings are suppose to do? Love these two so incredibly much.

First Haircut
Grandma Eppich was so nice to give Eliza her first real haircut (She has had her bangs trimmed once before). I was kinda worried about doing this because I didn't want all her curls to be cut off but there are still some curls left. Grandma trimmed her bangs and trimmed up the back making it all even. I really didn't get too much of a before shot but here are some cute ones during and I got a cute after shot after I came home and did her hair. It is actually quite a bit shorter in the back. She sat really good while grandma cut her hair. Didn't even need a dumdum sucker. Grandma said her statue pose really helped out. My little Liza is growing up. Look how big she is looking.

Beans Update
Well, Ty has been growing a bean plant for a little while and we finally got three beans from the plant. He has been waiting since the day he planted the seed to be able to eat his beans and today he was finally able to eat them. However, I think the three beans is all we are getting from the little plant. No more blossoms. So fun for us to watch it grow though.

My Piano Teacher
My piano teacher, Joan Curtis, passed away today. When I found out the news my heart felt so sad. I had gone to her house every week for ten years. She was the best teacher. My mom and sisters and I went to her funeral where we found out that she taught over a thousand students piano over the 27 years that she was teaching. She was always smiling and always wanted to know how we were doing and what was going on in our lives. She genuinly cared about her students. When I think about going to her house for piano lessons I think of her red pen, points, stickers, her prize basket. After every 100 points we would get to choose 2 candybars from her basket. I also remember how she loved to decorate. Every holiday her house was all decked out.
I am so grateful for the time Joan took to teach me how to play the piano. I am also grateful to my parents to paying for the lessons and driving me back and forth each week to lessons so I could develop my talent that has blessed my life.
Joan will always have a special place in my heart. She will be missed. Thank you Joan for teaching me in so many different ways.
