Two Months

Eliza is 2 months. She is still VERY tiny weighing in at 8 pounds 4 ounces (3 percentile) and 22 inches tall (37th percentile). She is so fun as she is starting to coo and smile a lot. We love her so much. She has slept through the night once but mostly sleeps about 4 hours in between eating. She quit nursing and is now just bottle feeding. She is currently suffering from a head cold and has a slight double ear infection and just received her first round of shots. Poor girl. It is so much to have a little baby girl.

Ty-Ty turns 2

It is true. Tyson turned 2 on Sunday but it seems like he has been in the "terrible 2's" for much longer than that. Saturday I made and stayed up way late decorating and Elmo cake for him. Here was the finished product.

Sunday morning we decided to let him have a couple of his birthday presents. He got a Buzz rocket which he has just loved and an aquadoodle.

That night after church we had a little family party. Tyson got very spoiled. He got a music keyboard, blocks, books, a Buzz and Woody action figure, tools, a mailbox, train, and a zuzu pet, and an outfit. We had to pry him away from all his toys that night to go to bed and he had a lot of fun with all his new toys the next morning and is still having fun.

Eliza's Blessing Day

This past Sunday, January 2, 2011 we blessed our beautiful little Eliza. She was so cute and she didn't make a peep during the blessing. Mike gave her a name and blessing and gave her a beautiful blessing. After the blessing we went to my parent's clubhouse and had a dinner of soups. Thank you to all that helped out with that. These things always stress me out but everything turned out wonderful.

New Years

On New Years Eve day we decided to take Tyson bowling for the first time. He had a ton of fun and so did we. It had been a long time since we had been bowling. After we went bowling we went to my sister Cassy's house and ate a Chinese dinner and then watched How to Train a Dragon.

We had a great 2010 year with Tyson reaching many new milestones and learning so much, to Mike achieving his associates degree, and welcoming little Eliza into our family. We can't wait to see what the year 2011 brings us.

Our Merry Christmas

Christmas Eve
On Christmas eve we went to Salt Lake City to visit Grandma Olson. Mike's brother Chris also met us up there. We went out to lunch to Chuck-a-rama. We then drove home and went over to Grandpa and Grandma Eppich's for a Christmas Eve dinner and then we gathered and read the Christmas story and all the grandkids were given pillow pets that grandma Eppich had spent a lot of time making. We then came home and the kids opened up their Christmas pajamas.

Christmas Day
On Christmas morning we woke up to see what Santa had brought. Santa really spoiled the kids. Tyson got a basketball hoop, some tools, an elmo, Toy Story 3, new bath toys, clothes and some other odds an ends. Eliza got a few small toys and some clothes. Mike got some clothes, hair clippers, cologne. I got some lotions and perfume, Monsters Inc, the ticket to ride expansion, and coupons to get some new clothes. (Mike wanted me to be able to pick out what I wanted.) After Christmas at our house we went to grandma and grandpa Eppichs for breakfast. They gave the kids some new outfits and they gave us a printer and gift certificate. We then came home had naps and then went back to grandma and grandpa's for some dinner and some games. We had a really great Christmas.

Ty Man

Tyson trying to walk in my boots. So funny to watch him try.

How cute is he!?

Trying to cut an onion.

What a pair! I just love these two boys!

Making Cookies

A couple days before Christmas me and Ty needed a little activity to do so we decided to make sugar cookies. We had a lot of fun. Tyson had fun eating and playing in the flour and dough.

That night Dad and Tyson frosted the cookies.
