Hard Work=Great Reward!

We FINALLY got Tyson to break his thumbsucking habit. This has been about our 5th try at this and it finally worked this time. We put bandaids on again and told him that if he takes them off this time we will call the dentist to have them place something in his mouth to prevent him from sucking his thumb and that was a motivation and the second was he wanted a bigger bike. All of his friends have the bigger bike and he wanted one too so he had some good motivation. The last time he did great for about two weeks and then right back to sucking his thumb so we decided he needed to go a whole month.  He did it. He got a sticker everyday and then on the appointed day he was able to get his big reward. A spider-man bike. I am so proud of this little guy. 

Water Fun

Today we went and played in the water in Springville with our friends. They had such a blast there and we will definitely visit again. 

Start Smart Baseball

Tyson started his little Start Smart baseball tonight. The parents help a lot with this little program but it is a great way to get Ty started into something and he loves it. He gets so excited to do his homework (practice). There are so many pictures cause I had to capture his first team event. I couldn't pick and choose so I put a lot on here. So many of them are probably similar but it is fun to see his facial expressions. At practice they have four stations where they practice throwing, batting, catching, and running. They will also do scrimmage games soon. It is so much fun to watch him play and have fun. He was so excited cause he gets to play on the same team as his buddy Kasen.

Vacation Day 5-Carousel and Home

This day we woke up and had breakfast and decided to go to the temple where we went in the visitors center for a little bit. We then went back to the town square to ride the carousel since it was closed the day before when we went. After that we grabbed some lunch and headed home. We had a GREAT vacation. It was full of hiking, water, sun, family time, and memories.  

Vacation Day 4-Water...Swimming...Water

Today we spent the whole day in the water. We woke up...had breakfast...went swimming at the pool...then went to St. George town square and played in the river/splash pad park.  We finally decided we had enough sun went back and had a nap at the hotel then went to a late dinner. 

Watching the ice cream truck hoping Dad would give in and get him an ice cream cone...and he did.  

Old Firetruck we saw when we were going to eat. Tyson could not pass this up.
