March Madness...or Fun

One afternoon we met the Shields Family at RC Willey to look around. It looks like in this picture that Megan is huge compared to Sarah however that is not true, they are fairly similar in size.

We went to the Lego displays at the fashion place mall and the kids were able to build their own Lego car and race them down the track.

Mike took Tyson to the Gun Show and he used his piggy bank money to buy his own rifle.

Grandma Olson gave these cute bunny clips to the girl cousins. Eliza insisted on wearing these to Costco and we got many comments.

Tyson learned how to tie his shoes

We love going to Grandma's house on Sunday nights to have a treat and be with each other.

Some of us girls and Grandma enjoyed going to see the new Cinderella movie together.

These girls are just too cute and are always up to something when they are together.

Tyson has had a lot of fun this year in Kindergarten. Here they are on the bus going to Cal-Ranch to see the baby chicks.

One of Megan's favorite things to do is climb up on the dishwasher and sit and play however she still doesn't realize that you can't get off head first.

The Rock Show

The Rush's came down and invited us to come to the rock show with them. We looked at so many different kinds of rocks, bought some geodes and almost got eaten by a dinosaur. Fun times with cousins.

Meg is Walking

Happy St. Patricks Day

These little holidays are kinda fun. It is fun to just do the little things for these holidays. So we all wore green, I made green eggs for the kids, Then sent them on a little shamrock rainbow treasure hunt where at the end of the rainbow they found green rice krispie treats. When Dad got home from work we all sent him on the treasure hunt to find his own treasure.

Happy Birthday Megan

SPRINKLES...SPRINKLES...SPRINKLES
We celebrated Megan's birthday a few days early so we could invite our families to celebrate Megan turning one year old. I decided  to do a sprinkles theme for her. I made funfetti cupcakes with vanilla frosting and sprinkles on top. I also made sprinkles cookies. We also had vanilla/chocolate ice cream. I also did a gumball guess and had Megs pictures from the last year lined up in a random order and everyone had to guess the right order that they go in. It is a lot harder than you think.

Megan was very spoiled with gifts. She got a laptop, v-tech learning bear, animal sound puzzle, princess wand, minnie fan and ball, bows, music toy, and outfit. She actually opened the gifts a little with a lot of help from cousins. She loved playing with each toy and didn't want to go on to the next one.

I lit the candle and held it out while we sang happy birthday to her. She could not handle it and wanted it right then.

She dove right in

On her actual birthday we had a chill day (It actually snowed quite a bit) and then that night we went to Cafe Rio for dinner (we invited Grandma Eppich to tag along) and then came home to donuts for dessert. Before we went to cafe rio we let her open the gift we saved so she could open a gift on her birthday. It was a set of musical instruments. The kids all enjoyed fighting over Megs birthday gift.

Happy First Birthday our beautiful Megan!
