St. George--Kanarraville Falls

A few of us were able to go on this beautiful hike. Mike's mom and aunt watched the younger kids while we went hiking. It was a great hike. I was a little worried because I am not in shape whatsoever but I made it and it was really cool and a lot of fun.
We tried getting a selfie of all of us

A hiking we will go

Happy 9 years honey...and we are still madly in love and a little crazy!

This hike was treacherous...or not!

These boys posed for just about every single picture

St. George--Discovery Museum

While in St. George we got out of the afternoon heat one day to play at the discovery museum.  Best idea ever. The kids had a blast and were entertained for awhile.

The girls started out playing in the farm truck...

...and found herself a friend to drive her around.

Then it was off to the post office...

...and driving the post man's truck.

Ty found the fire station...

...and was able to put out a fire or two.

Eliza went grocery shopping...

...and found her new career-Zions Bank clerk.

The kids found the music room...

...and then spent a few minutes coloring.

St. George Family Vacation

We decided to to combine our nine year anniversary celebration, family vacation, and 4th of July holiday and head to St. George to play and celebrate. Mike's aunt has a home she rents out most of the time but she invited us and the Rush family to come and join them for the weekend. We thought what a better way to celebrate. At her home there is pool which we all spent a lot of time in.

What's a vacation without stopping for some frozen yogurt? We found a little place where we got to pick our base flavor. (I think there were about 10 different flavors and we sampled most of them) then we got to pick our toppings and then devour them.

We decided to go see a show at the Tuachan while we were there. We saw "When You Wish" It was a cute show.

The drive was not Meg's favorite thing. If anyone knows her she does not like to be strapped down for very long. She is busy and loves to move so she wasn't so happy and we heard a lot of squealing and screaming. But I was able to catch her in a happy moment.

Sign of a good, fun vacation. Tired...sleeping kids (well except meg-she had woken up from her nap)
