Day 8-Ward Christmas Party

December 8th-Day 8

Song: He Sent his Son

Scripture: Luke 1: 39-56

Activity: Ward Christmas Party

Tonight we went to our ward christmas party for soup, salad, and dessert. We listened to the primary kids sing, and the kids got to do some fun crafts. The boys only cared to frost their sugar cookies and Eliza just cared that she got a cookie. After the ward party we came home and watched the movie Brave together as a family.

Day 7-Temple Square Lights

December 7th-Day 7

Song: Have a Very Merry Christmas

Scripture: Matthew 1: 20-25

Activity: Temple Square Lights

We invited our friends the Thorn's to come with us to see the lights at temple square. We started off with a fast dinner at Del Taco then stopped in Sandy to ride the trax up to temple square. The boys, Ty and his best friend Tristen, loved it and couldn't get enough. After seeing the lights at temple square we walked over to the food court at city creek because they have a big play area with big dinosaurs that the kids could play on. We had such a fun night seeing the lights and hanging out with our friends.
