One day I looked closely at Tyson and thought why is your tooth crooked? I looked in his mouth and it was because he had a loose tooth. Not one, but two loose teeth. And his permanent teeth were coming in behind his baby teeth. We told Ty to keep wiggling his teeth and a few days later Mike pulled the first one out. The tooth fairy didn't disappoint. He was so excited about his dollar bill from the tooth fairy. So excited I think that in the middle of the night he comes into our bedroom clinging to his dollar bill and slid in bed next to me (this is not normal for Tyson to do anymore in the middle of the night) He slept with his dollar bill clutched in his hand the rest of the night.
About a week later he said that he thought his second tooth was ready to be pulled. It was a little dramatic (both times) but Mike pulled it out again. He received another dollar bill from the tooth fairy which first thing this morning he came and showed me it. He kept it in his grasp most the morning until it was time to get ready for school.
Don't you love his black eye? Mike and the kids were at the park this past weekend and he walked right in front of Eliza's swing which struck him right in the eye. Poor kid.
