Our little Megan is 6 months old.
Weight 16.4 lbs (41%)
Height: 27 inches (99%)
So this says she is tall and skinny...I say she is perfect.
Megan is the center of attention a lot of times at our house. The kids love to play with her and make her laugh. She is such a good baby. She loves attention and to be talked to. If she doesn't get this for long periods of time she can get whiny.
She rolls over both from tummy to back and back to tummy. She sits up be herself. She still falls a lot so if I am doing stuff around the house I put her in the boppy pillow in case she does topple over.
She is ticklish and has the cutest little giggle. She loves her tongue and loves to stick it out and smack it. She will reach for us when she wants to be held. She is a very wiggly baby and just wants to be moving all the time.
She wears 6-9 month clothes and size 3 diapers. Hus the best chubby legs. I love it.
She sleeps great. She sleeps all night long and takes two naps a day most days. One morning nap and one afternoon nap but then is ready for bed by 7 but will most often sleep till 7 the next morning.
It is funny there are times when I am walking around the house going from room to room and when she sees me she is happy and fine but when I leave to a different room she gets mad and starts to cry. When I come back into the room she is happy again. She just wants all of my attention.
She is not a huge fan of tummy time but has started to scoot just a little bit.
Loves her swaddle blankets and likes to suck on them, likes her saucer, likes to be sitting up, she just loves to look around and see what is going on around her.
She drinks 5-6 ounces of formula about 5 times a day and eats solids twice a day. She does really good with her baby food. Her favorite I think is sweet potatoes. She loves to eat them from the pouches. She just sucks it right up. She loves crackers but still chokes on them a little. She likes apple juice from a sippy cup but can't figure out how to hold the cup by herself yet.
She is just growing up too fast. She is so cute and happy and we love having our little Meg in our family.
